International shipping takes about 5-20 days' time delivery usually. After placing orders, please check your email to read about order confirmation.
We are a professional online dealer, all the orders will be delivered rightly to your door. Please make sure you are at home when the packages are arriving at you.
International order may cause custom duty, and we will not responsible for this duty. So please contact your custom house before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy:
All ordered items on our site are closely to the word "what you see on our website are what you get".
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. But if you sign for the item and there is no problem with the products, you cannot return to us unless they are broken.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping (about $40) and handling costs (25% of the order amount).
Exchanges Policy:
We accept exchanges for a different size or color.
Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you (about $40) and 25% restocking fee.
